Ashley Gilmour is a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Vitality Unleashed Psychology. Registered since 2009, she brings 17 years of clinical experience and more than 35,000 clinical hours to her work with clients across the Gold Coast and, via telehealth, Australia-wide.
Ashley completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Clinical) at James Cook University, and undertook her Clinical Psychology Registrar training with South West Healthcare Adult Psychiatric Services. Her practice spans therapy, clinical assessment and psychometric testing, and she is known for a warm, considered and unhurried approach — giving each person the time and depth their situation deserves.
She built Vitality Unleashed to be a place where people feel genuinely safe to do difficult work: calm, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence. Ashley combines structured psychological interventions with a compassionate, empowering style, helping clients draw on their own strengths and leave with practical strategies they can use in everyday life.
