Are you a practitioner looking for a space to perform your consultations out of?

We are looking for: Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Bowen Therapists, Counsellors and other allied health practitioners.

We are a peaceful, boutique private Psychology & Dietetics practice located on the quiet end of Upton Street, Bundall, just behind Karp Court. We currently are a team of 5 Psychologists, 1 Dietitian and 3 Admin staff.

We have various consulting rooms for rent depending on the day/s of the week you are consulting. Furnishing is available and is included in the rental fee. All rooms have ample sunlight and views and are discreet & private.

There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, waiting area, reception area and large covered outdoor retreat (for the use of staff & room renters only). The total premises is almost 200m2 located on the first floor.

Currently, rooms are available for use 7 days a week depending on your need.

Rental fees vary depending on which room and if you require administration support. Room rental can be arranged for weekly half day, full day or multiple half & full days and billed on a monthly basis. Sorry, but we do not provide casual rental.

Rental fees include:

electricity, water
general cleaning
use of toilet on our level for staff and clients which is fully serviced
Wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor
use of waiting area and kitchen
optional administration support
furnished consulting room
use of internet wifi
use of phone line for outbound local mobile calls

6 x free visitor car parking are available on-site. Permanent practitioner car parking available through property landlord for an additional fee. Alternative parking is available via secure parking a short walk behind the building.
