SERVICES PROVIDED

Vitality Unleashed Psychology provides psychological services to individuals, including assessment, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. These psychological services are provided to children (aged 4+ years), teenagers, adults, and older adults. Psychological conditions that we treat include, but are not limited to the presentations below.

ARE MY MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS SEVERE ENOUGH FOR ME TO SEE A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST?

It cannot be refuted that psychological concerns extend along a continuum from gentle to serious. For instance, you might encounter some nervousness or depressive side effects like feeling low, hard to get inspired, loss of certainty, feeling apprehensive and unstable. They may not be at the seriousness which would show a diagnosis of a depressive or anxiety ‘disorder’, however, they are sufficient to trouble you, cause you or your friends and family/partners distress or concern.

Understand that you don’t have ‘serious’ side effects for it to be useful or shown to see a Clinical Psychologist for help with your psychological wellness concerns. We regularly have individuals come into our work on expressing that they feel ‘senseless’ for being there requesting help since they think that issues are not that ‘genuine’ or as ‘awful’ as what other individuals have it.

What we get a kick out of the chance to state to you is that, if your emotional wellness challenges are concerning you, or meddling with your working or get out of your life, at that point, your worries are important and seeing a Clinical Psychologist would be meaningful.
