Every report is prepared individually. The right approach depends on your circumstances and on what the requesting body — the NDIA, Centrelink, a court, a solicitor, or an insurer — needs to see.
How it works
Let us know who the report is for and what it needs to address — please raise this at the very start, so the right assessment can be planned.
This may involve one or more sessions, and may include validated measures where clinically appropriate.
Ashley prepares the report to the requirements of the requesting body. Full payment is required before the report can be released.
Fees
Report writing is a paid service. Fees are determined by the type of report, its complexity, and the time required to complete both the assessment and the writing.
Please note that Medicare does not cover report writing or assessment fees prepared for these purposes, and they are separate from any Medicare-rebated therapy sessions.
Where a third party (such as an insurer or solicitor) requests the report, they may pay on your behalf; reports requested by you are payable by you. We’re happy to provide an estimate before we begin.
